Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, preferably in a middle school setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to commit to the full 2026-2027 academic calendar
- Must be available for onsite services only (no remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload
- Oversee and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring adherence to best practices
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in school-based multidisciplinary teams and meetings
