Speech-Language Pathologist | Minneapolis, MN Area | Up to 65/hr

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a middle school caseload in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area (White Bear Lake region). This short-term, full-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians experienced in school-based therapy, AAC support, and IEP services.
Position Overview:
- Full-time, school-based role (short-term assignment)
- On-site position within a middle school setting
- Caseload of approximately 24 students
- Students utilize various forms of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Focus on direct and indirect IEP services (no evaluations required)
- Additional SLP support available within the building
- Located in the greater Minneapolis metro area
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to middle school students
- Deliver direct and indirect IEP services
- Support students using AAC devices and communication systems
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress tracking
- Support student communication development in academic settings
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and Minnesota state guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with AAC and school-based therapy strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
