Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Anoka, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Active and valid Minnesota SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administer and interpret assessments to identify communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development
