Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Anoka, Minnesota

Your day-to-day will center around both direct and indirect services, with responsibilities that include comprehensive evaluations and ongoing therapy service for a caseload of approximately 45-60 students. You’ll collaborate with educators and family members to develop and implement effective IEP plans, and work within a district that uses a caseload model—ensuring your workload remains manageable and meaningful.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings, ideally working with pediatric populations
- Strong grasp of school-based IEPs, therapy planning, and documentation
- Comfortable conducting assessments, providing therapy, and delivering consultative services
- Effective communication skills and collaborative, student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services (both direct and indirect) to students ages pre-K through high school
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in administrative duties including documentation and team meetings
- Coordinate with faculty and family to create the best outcomes for each student
You’ll work 37.5 hours weekly in a positive, well-supported setting with ample training for the district’s IEP system, and enjoy flexibility with Zoom interviews and an immediate decision timeline if you’re the right fit.
