Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Valid and current licensure for practice as an SLP in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong evaluative, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Advocate for students by educating staff and families about communication needs
- Maintain compliance with best practices and regulations in a school setting
