Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Shakopee, MN

Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based or adolescent-focused setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to high school students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Conduct assessments and provide progress reports as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Offer guidance and education regarding speech and language issues affecting student learning
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
