Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Experience working in educational settings or with high school-aged students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to individualized student support and professional best practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Track and document student progress; maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to IEP reviews
