Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Randolph, MN

Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist credentials
- Prior experience working as a school-based SLP preferred
- Familiarity with K-12 student populations and related assessments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and document student caseloads efficiently
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) as required
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to create targeted intervention strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team decisions
