- Ability to build rapport with high school students and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, write reports, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals, providing services two days per week (4 hours each day)
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Monitor and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school setting
