- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Offer consultation and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
