- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Minnesota teaching certification
- Clinical expertise in pediatrics and school settings (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY welcomed)
- Experience or strong interest in working within educational teams to support diverse student populations
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in a variety of classroom and one-on-one settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student growth and communication success
- Provide documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to student planning
