Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide direct services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual needs, fostering an inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain compliance with all local and state regulatory standards
