- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid SLP license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy services (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students develop critical speech and language skills
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Engage in both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parental communication
