Desired Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with teletherapy services a plus
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
- Develop creative therapy plans to foster communication, language, and social skills
- Utilize technology and teletherapy platforms to support service delivery (as needed)
- Track and report student progress, maintaining thorough and timely records
