Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, voice, and social communication disorders
- Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic support
- Record and report student progress following district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support overall student well-being
