Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Corona, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy plans according to each student’s unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for students, including those with a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social development
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Assist with screenings and RTI (Response to Intervention) initiatives as needed
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment across a diverse student population
