Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current California SLP license and CTC certification required
- Open to SLPs with CCC, pediatric experience, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- School-based Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to working full-time, on-site throughout the academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions and related services to students, supporting individualized educational goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with various speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies and ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support holistic student development
