Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- State SLP licensure or the ability to obtain licensure for the 2026–2027 school year
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based or clinical settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, goal-writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for parent and staff collaboration
- Adaptability in managing diverse caseloads, from moderate to profound needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document services, progress, and assessment results in compliance with school standards
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Consult on classroom strategies and accommodations to foster student inclusion and participation
