Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and tailor therapy plans for students across a range of abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with IEPs, progress tracking, and relevant documentation
- Adaptability to varying caseload sizes and needs
