Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California SLP License or CA CTC certification
- Clinical experience in educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and goal setting for diverse student needs
- Comfort providing speech-language services in school-based settings (K-6)
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Open to SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
- Write and attend IEP meetings, contributing professional input and documentation
- Deliver direct therapy and support students’ progress toward goals
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with the educational team
- Offer recommendations and strategies to teachers and parents
