What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a K-12 school environment
- Knowledgeable in both face-to-face and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable with IEP meetings and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
- Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to culturally responsive care
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEP goal setting
- Deliver therapy both onsite and through virtual platforms, as needed
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate updates with staff and families
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student success
- Provide guidance and support for students transitioning between in-person and virtual learning environments
- Stay current with best practices and professional development requirements
