School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Napa, California

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings beneficial
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to write clear, actionable IEPs
- Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
- Commitment to evidence-based, child-centered therapeutic practices
What you’ll do:
- Provide assessments, evaluations, and direct speech/language therapy to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with communication needs
- Offer consultative services and strategies for teachers and families
- Maintain thorough records and document progress
- Engage in team meetings, clinical supervision (if CFY), and ongoing professional development
- Adapt treatment approaches for remote teletherapy or on-campus learning, as needed
