Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Napa, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and current best practices in remote service delivery
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering student success and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress
- Implement both direct and consultative interventions, in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Provide input for eligibility, IEP meetings, and RTI interventions
- Support students with communication disorders and needs ranging from mild to complex
