Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery
- Ability to devise and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Skilled in informal and formal speech and language assessments for school settings
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and teamwork within multidisciplinary teams
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students ages preschool through high school
- Engage in both direct therapy and consultation/collaboration with teachers, families, and support personnel
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements
- Track progress and create detailed reports for compliance and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interventions that support academic and social success
- Adapt strategies to various learning environments, including on-site and teletherapy
