Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or ability to obtain) for California
- Experience delivering therapy in school or pediatric settings
- Proficient in conducting thorough speech/language evaluations and writing targeted IEP goals
- Knowledge of virtual therapy platforms and best practices (teletherapy experience a plus)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, positive, and committed to student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs and best practices
- Provide direct therapy services in-person or via a secure teletherapy platform
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, IEP records, and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to inform educational planning
- Support students across a variety of ages, backgrounds, and communication needs
