Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for SLP and eligibility for work in schools
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, counseling, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering growth and resilience in children and adolescents
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and communicate progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide education to staff and families on communication strategies
