Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opening | Buffalo, NY | Full-Time School-Based Position

Position Details
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
- Location: Buffalo, NY
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Daily Schedule: 7:35 AM - 2:35 PM
- Assignment: Up to 4 schools within the district (final school assignments to be determined)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student communication success.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid New York State School Certification
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred
