Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; applications from Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged
- Experience with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and reporting student outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with speech/language needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote academic and social growth
- Prepare and present documentation regarding student progress during meetings and for record-keeping purposes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and actively contribute to educational planning
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions according to IEPs and student needs
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations for school-based speech therapy services
