Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist
- Recent experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
- Dedicated to upholding ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language or physical therapy services to students on caseload
- Assess students’ needs and create evidence-based, individualized treatment goals
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote optimal outcomes
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings, offering expert input for goal setting and progress review
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teachers and parents, fostering student success across settings
