School Speech Language Pathologist - Buda, TX
In this exciting contract opportunity south of Austin, a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to make a real difference for students across PreK-12th grade. Bring your expertise and passion for supporting diverse learners to an engaging position, serving a caseload of approximately 60 students through to May 28th. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week, in-person role where students are waiting for your guidance and care.
You’ll work closely with educational professionals and families, carrying out comprehensive speech and language assessments, delivering tailored intervention, and supporting students’ communication needs in the classroom setting. Your specific grade level assignment will take your strengths and preferences into account, ensuring you can thrive in your practice. Expect to collaborate and serve on 1-2 campuses, fostering relationships with staff and making a measurable impact on student success each day.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Experience supporting students in PreK-12th grade environments
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaborative communication skills
- Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
- Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload

- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services per IEP mandates
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records
