Brainerd Public Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students across K–12 settings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student success. Placement will be determined based on district needs and candidate preference.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.


Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
School-based experience preferred.

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
