Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a collaborative school-based team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations while working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for a diverse student population
• Interpret assessment data and develop accurate, compliant evaluation reports
• Collaborate with fellow SLPs, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain compliance with IDEA regulations and Indiana state guidelines
• Support eligibility determinations and service recommendations
Caseload & Work Environment
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50–70 students
• Primary focus on evaluations and assessments (minimal direct therapy)
Qualifications
• Active Indiana SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) REQUIRED
