ProCare Therapy is a trusted education staffing agency connecting skilled professionals with school districts nationwide. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in Brazil, IN for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
We are hiring SLPs for both full-time and substitute roles. In this position, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
Pay Rate:
• $45–$55 per hour (based on experience and assignment)

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
