Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist in Mobile, AL. This candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and academic success.

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and student goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, assessment summaries, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to develop measurable goals and strategies.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Alabama State license and Educator Cert or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant special education laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a caseload efficiently.
