Applicants should hold or be eligible for relevant state licensure and be skilled in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including experience or interest in teletherapy. Credentialing requirements must be met prior to starting.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP (CCC) or SLPA credentials, or eligibility for state licensure
- Experience in pediatric and K-12 school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and school-based service delivery
- Teletherapy skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing an itinerant schedule with paid travel
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Support and develop effective IEPs, utilizing the district’s provided system with available training
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Travel between assigned schools as needed; mileage reimbursement provided
- Participate in paid team meetings and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and legal requirements
