Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IN SLP license
- DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or readiness to supervise an SLPA
- Commitment to best practices in early childhood speech and language services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality assessments, therapy, and intervention for Pre-K and Early Childhood students
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with education teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring effective and ethical support for students
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent communication
- Foster a supportive, nurturing environment for students’ communication growth
