Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Michigan City, IN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP license
- Certification from the Department of Education (DOE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or capability to supervise an SLPA
- Expertise working in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to Early Childhood/PreK students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, voice, language, and communication disorders
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring high-quality care and compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed documentation for each student, tracking progress and compliance
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to best practices in therapy delivery
