Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based therapy position for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with pediatric students, special education teams, and educational support services to improve student communication, speech, language, and learning outcomes.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide school-based speech therapy services for early childhood and elementary students, supporting individualized education plans (IEPs), student progress, and functional communication skills.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
- Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Support students with articulation, language development, communication disorders, and speech delays.
- Collaborate with special education teachers, educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and educational planning.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to support academic success.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric, school-age, or special education populations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
