- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate, student-centered approach
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with educators and families
- Ability to adapt therapies for diverse learning needs; teletherapy experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Provide direct intervention through individual and group sessions (in-person or virtual)
- Track progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Offer guidance and mentoring as applicable for CFYs or SLPAs
