Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Current and active state SLP license with eligibility for school-based practice
- Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship candidates will be considered
- Previous experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K through 12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure students’ IEP goals are supported
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families to support student success across educational settings
