- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, families, and team members
- Adaptable approach to working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Commitment to continual learning and evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12, both individually and in groups
- Evaluate and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and communicate goals with educational teams and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support classroom integration and generalization of speech/language skills
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
