Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Idaho, or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Experience working with students in grades K-12 is strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset for working closely with educators, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify student speech and language needs across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
