Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Idaho, or eligibility to obtain before start date
  • Experience working with students in grades K-12 is strongly preferred
  • Ability to conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset for working closely with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify student speech and language needs across elementary, middle, and high school grades
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
