Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and PEL required
- Experience working with high school-age students preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborative approach when teaming with teachers and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
- Work across two buildings, managing a manageable caseload of approximately 44 students
- Liaise with faculty, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions
