ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school district in Blue Springs, Missouri for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an elementary caseload while partnering with an experienced team of speech professionals, including an onsite SLP-A and an in-house supervising SLP.

Job Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Blue Springs, MO
- School Year: August 25, 2026 – May 27, 2027
- Full-Time
- 35 hours per week
- Onsite position only
- Elementary school caseload
- Approximately 76 students receiving services
- 21 students on your case management caseload
- An onsite SLP-A (2–3 days per week) will assist with service delivery
- The SLP will serve as the case manager while collaborating with the SLP-A
- An additional in-house SLP is available to provide supervision for the SLP-A
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $45-50/ hour
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Experience collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLP-As) is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
