Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and healthcare SLP experience highly valued
- Experience working within pediatric and school settings, specifically with K-5th grade students
- Skilled in managing mixed caseloads, from mild to moderate-severe needs
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to K-5th grade students across two school sites
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators and parents to maximize student outcomes and support IEP goals
- Utilize teletherapy, as needed, to ensure accessibility and continuity of services
