Your Experience and Skills:
- Current SLP certification (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Experience with K-5th grade pediatric school populations, including mixed caseloads
- Comfortable delivering services through in-person or teletherapy modalities
- Strong communication and rapport-building abilities with students, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Prior experience with school-based documentation and IEP processes preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a mixed caseload of K-5 students across two nearby school sites
- Provide direct therapy, assessments, and screenings as required
- Collaborate with education teams and families to develop and implement effective speech/language interventions
- Maintain thorough, compliant records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt approaches to meet the varying needs of students within a diverse, immersive educational environment
This contract position features a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour days, providing both stability and the chance to make a lasting impact. Compensation is offered at a competitive range of $45–$55 per hour, based on experience.
