Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lees Summit, MO

You’ll work with a diverse, mixed caseload of middle and high school students (about 15 in total), providing tailored support in speech and language development. Sessions run eight hours per day, three days a week, making this an excellent fit for professionals seeking a balanced schedule. Teletherapy skills are highly welcomed, and candidates with SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC credentials are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license and ASHA certification (SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Competency or interest in teletherapy
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff (all communication in English)
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
