Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP Certification in Alabama (see SLP Educator Cert and fingerprinting requirements at the official Alabama Department of Education certification site)
- ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred (Clinical Fellow applicants considered)
- School-based experience (preferred), willingness to serve multiple campuses
- Strong communication and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy, evaluation, and consultation services for a caseload around 60 students, spanning preschool through high school
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop IEPs and deliver interventions
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Serve onsite across assigned locations per weekly schedule
