Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Working across three conveniently located nearby campuses, your expertise will enrich the lives of children and help them achieve their communication milestones throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

  • Holds an active Alabama SLP license (required)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates both welcome
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related professionals
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally competent speech and language therapy to students K-12, in both group and individual settings
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans for a range of communication needs
  • Track progress and report results to families and school staff
  • Partner with school teams to support IEP development and implementation
  • Travel as needed between three close school sites to deliver services
  • Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed

This contract runs from August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation is set at $50 per hour.
