Onsite position in Birmingham, AL
Caseload assigned based on district needs and experience
Collaborative, multidisciplinary educational team
Supportive administration and ongoing recruiter guidance
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with student IEP goals
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Partner with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student achievement
Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations for student services
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Ability to provide onsite services in a school setting
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
Candidates transitioning from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, outpatient clinics, or pediatric practices are encouraged to apply
