This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is an excellent fit for experienced Speech Language Pathologists as well as passionate Clinical Fellows (CFY) eager to start their career in pediatrics. You’ll play a key role supporting students’ learning and personal development, delivering engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions within a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Mississippi state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (required)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Proven experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and commitment to student-focused care
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
