Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other therapists
- Participate in parent meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services, progress, and assessments
