- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP procedures, documentation, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Develop comprehensive reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
- Offer direct and consultative services within the educational environment
