Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator Certification.
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of laws, rules, and best practices for children with disabilities and regulated programs.
  • Understanding of pediatric and adolescent cognitive and physical development.
  • Experience with diagnostic instruments related to assessing children with disabilities.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: ASHA Certification and ABSESPA Licensure.
