Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Smiths Station, Alabama

Qualifications:
- Active Alabama SLP license required
- Open to SLP professionals with Certificates of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for K-12 students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Consult on IEP teams and contribute to student success plans
- Deliver therapy in individual and group settings
