- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students’ strengths and needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students, ensuring individualized support
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and document findings in accordance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote optimal learning environments
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and educational planning when required
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school and district policies
