School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Berryville, Virginia

With a start date as soon as possible and continuing through late May 2027, you'll provide essential services within a supportive educational environment.
What you'll bring:
- Active and valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license (VA SLP License)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, ideally in school-based settings
- Proficient communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student success
- Ability to work onsite, as this position is not virtual
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for PreK-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administration for holistic support
- Conduct progress monitoring and update student records to ensure compliance
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide staff training as needed
- Offer guidance and resources to help students achieve communication milestones
