Competitive pay is offered: SLPs can anticipate rates ranging from $55–$65+ per hour, while SLPAs can expect $38–$45+ per hour, aligning your expertise with meaningful compensation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current license as SLP or SLPA required
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Confidence working with K-12 student caseloads
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support services to students with speech and language needs
- Assess and document communication skills; develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and ongoing evaluations
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal regulations
- Communicate progress and strategies to parents, educators, and staff
- Collaborate to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
